14-day no-questions-asked refund window
If you purchase 4nthracite and decide it's not for you — for any reason — within 14 days of purchase, contact us for a full refund. No interrogation. We want you to feel confident buying.
Eligibility
You are eligible for a full refund if:
- Your refund request is submitted within 14 calendar days of the original purchase date.
- You have not previously received a refund for 4nthracite.
You do not need to provide a reason, but feedback on why the app didn't meet your needs is always welcome — it helps us improve.
How to request a refund
Email us at the address shown on your purchase receipt, with the subject line "Refund request".
Include your order number (found in the receipt email from Lemon Squeezy).
We will process the refund via Lemon Squeezy within 3–5 business days. The amount will be returned to your original payment method.
After a refund
Upon refund, your licence to use 4nthracite is revoked. Please delete the application and any copies from your devices. Download links associated with your purchase will be deactivated.
Digital goods — EU/UK consumer rights
Under EU and UK consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a digital goods purchase within 14 days. By downloading or accessing the Software, you expressly request that delivery begin immediately and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery is complete — however, we voluntarily extend the full 14-day refund window regardless of download status, as described above.
Processing
Refunds are issued via the original payment method. Processing time is typically 3–5 business days after we approve the request, though your bank or card issuer may take additional time to reflect the credit.
